What do you do when the hospital doesn’t have the best equipment, newest facilities, or top-ranked doctors, but does have great employees that go the extra mile? You create a campaign built to show off their greatest asset. 

Time and time again we heard about the compassionate care that patients received at Provena St. Mary’s, so we built the “It’s a Promise” campaign to highlight these stories and the personal touch that can be missing when a hospital is speaking to the general public.

For the promises in the campaign to be credible, they had to be specific. While consumers would hope that every hospital would want to “deliver the highest level of care,” it’s hard for a patient to determine whether or not that promise has been kept. Instead, this campaign focused on the small human touches that offer real comfort during treatment.
